We represent management and employers in all aspects of labor and employment law including counseling and training, employment litigation and labor-management relations. Our representation includes employers in union and non-union environments, and in the private and public sectors.

 We provide day-to-day advice and counsel to organizations with respect to the myriad labor and employment issues that arise in the workplace.  We also provide labor and employment advice in connection with mergers and acquisitions. In addition, we prepare and review employee handbooks and policies, employment agreements, restrictive covenants and non-disclosure agreements, and severance agreements.

We also represent employers in employment litigation matters with regard to claims involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblowing, FMLA, wage and hour matters, wrongful discharge and the enforcement of restrictive covenants and non-disclosure agreements.  Our attorneys regularly appear in federal and state courts, and before state and federal administrative agencies, including the EEOC, PHRC, U.S. Department of Labor and New Jersey Division on Civil Rights. 

On the labor side, we represent employers in unfair labor practice and representation proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board and state labor boards, in grievance and interest arbitrations and labor litigation matters.  We also negotiate collective bargaining agreements, assist and guide employers in union organizing campaigns and provide advice to employers in unionized workplaces.
