Jennifer Apell joins the firm with a background in several areas of law, including estate planning and administration, estate litigation, guardianships, business planning and operations, real estate, and commercial litigation. She began her career clerking for the Honorable Ronald E. Bookbinder. Jennifer focuses her practice on estate planning and administration, for simple and complex estates, as well as guardianships and business planning.
She has considerable experience in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, guardianship applications, corporate governance documents and pre-nuptial agreements. Due to her exceptional skills and background, the Superior Court frequently appoints her as a guardian-ad-litem and court-appointed attorney for incapacitated persons. She has been awarded the honor of Top Attorney for Mediation by SJ Magazine.
She chaired the Complementary Dispute Resolution/Alternative Dispute Resolution Committee for the Burlington County Bar Association for many years. Further, she has lectured at various seminars for the Burlington County Bar Association as well as several Inns of Court. Jennifer has also volunteered as an attorney providing legal assistance to clients of South Jersey Legal Services and JFCS.
