Austin S. Faberman is an attorney with Nachmias Morris & Alt LLC. He maintains a diverse transactional practice, representing clients in the acquisition, sale, leasing and financing of a variety of real estate projects, including multifamily apartments, office buildings, retail shopping centers and industrial properties. Austin has extensive leasing experience, including retail, office and industrial leasing, for both tenants and landlords. Much of his leasing experience has been dedicated to national retail tenants in regional malls, mixed-use and life-style centers, and urban streetscape locations. Austin has had the opportunity to represent a number of corporations in the leasing of their world headquarters. In addition to Austin’s leasing experience, he also represents lending institutions and investment funds in the origination, restructuring and modification of mortgage loans for acquisition, construction and refinance of real estate.
